Water Quality Monitoring

Bradfield Environmental Services, Inc. provides consulting services to meet U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) requirements for ground water monitoring at Solid Waste and Industrial Facilities. Dedicated sampling equipment is used to collect samples for Appendix I and Appendix II water quality contaminants. Arthur Bradfield, a Certified Ground Water Professional (CGWP) by the National Ground Water Association, personally collects all samples, reviews laboratory data, and writes reports for each project.

We drill montioring wells and install dedicated pumps such as QED's leading Well Wizard™ bladder pumps. Dedicated bladder pumps allow samples to be collected using low flow "micro purge" techniques that eliminate problems with cross contamination, sample turbidity, and out-gassing of volatile organic compounds. Samples can also be collected using dedicated bailers if dedicated pumps are not an option.

While we can provide and install dedicated pumping systems, samples can also be collected economically by hand without cross-contamination using dedicated bailers. Bradfield Environmental Services, Inc. can also design and install your next monitoring well to Division of Solid Waste standards.
